There’s no scary AI’s or angry robots behind The Editor’s Connection. We're just regular people - friendly and hardworking - with families of our own. We're here to help you get the most out of your video content and make sure it looks its best.
But there is one catch... because we are human, we can only work on one video at a time or more depending on the membership.
Video editing is a process that can take anywhere from a few minutes to several days, depending on the complexity of the project. That’s why it’s important to set realistic expectations for turnaround time and delivery date.
Most videos can usually be delivered next day.
However, a more complex project with heavy footage and multiple layers of editing might not be eligible for next-day delivery, and it might take more than a few days to be completed.
We understand that revisions might be needed. That's why theyʼre unlimited.
Each of us has assigned just a few clients and sometimes it gets intense. But we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm CT.
We love our clients and we love ourselves too, we don’t overwork and we care about our health.

How many videos can I get done? It depends on a lot of factors.
Two or three, even five under-a-minute edits from less than 30gb of footage can be done in one day. Longer regular single edits can also be delivered the next day. But complex edits like music videos or documentaries or edits with more than 30GB of footage could take longer than two days. Keep in mind that we work with a few other clients that want their videos as soon as possible too.
Here are some tips to get the most out of your video editing membership:
• Proxy your footage so it's easy to download. Our editors will love you for it. If you don't know what that means, just don't worry about it.
• Set realistic expectations. We work hard for you, but you're not hiring a full-time editor (unless you’re going for the Unlimited Ultra membership).
• Provide clear instructions about your edit. The more specific you are, the better we can understand your vision.
• Understand that excellent content takes both yours and ours full effort. We're in this together!
Do you guys ever take a break?
Barely! We do rest every weekend and we observe some mandated by law holidays in our country.
