After onboarding you’ll be directed to your client portal. You’re in! Now in the upper right corner you’ll find the button ‘start edit.’ You can request your edits right away.

Describe the video you want and share the link to your footage. You can share any footage of any length. The more specific you are with your instructions, the faster we will get to the edit you want.
We work on one video
at a time
Once you request a video we’ll edit it and perform any revisions you may have. When the video is approved we start working on the next video. This basic system changes depending on the subscription you have:
Unlimited
1 video at a time or 3-5 reels delivered the next day.
No same-day deliveries.
Unlimited +
2 videos at a time or 6-10 reels delivered the next day. No same-day deliveries.
Unlimited Ultra
4 videos at a time or 12-20 reels delivered the next day.
2 videos at a time or 6-10 reels same day delivery.
*During your first two weeks of service, orders may require extra time. This allows your editor to familiarize themselves with your footage, style, and preferences. After this initial period, you can expect orders to be delivered within the previously stated time frame. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible support and results.

We’ll send your edited video the next day or 2-3 days depending on how complex your edit is. We are able to edit two-hour podcasts, wedding videos, Youtube videos, a whole class, REELS and more!

Your cut is ready! Log into your account and check the edited video you requested! Remember our editors are not robots, just simple and cool humans that work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm CST.
